The hotel is located in a very convenient spot in the heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants and attractions. the staff were friendly and willing to help with any requests. the breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options. the rooms were clean and comfortable, while the facilities such as the spa were a definite plus.
The parking situation around the hotel is not the most comfortable, as there is no designated parking area in front of the building.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the city center allowed us to easily explore restaurants, museums, and churches. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff provided excellent service and were very courteous. The spa and wellness center was a great place to relax, with an indoor swimming pool and sauna available. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a convenient feature for staying connected. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel boasts clean rooms and a friendly staff, always willing to assist with any requests. We enjoyed the convenience of a water dispenser on each floor, making it easy to stay hydrated during our stay. Another highlight was the prime location, as we were able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants.
The lack of temperature control in the rooms was a major downside, as the heaters were constantly blasting hot air and there were no valves to adjust the temperature. We also struggled with finding parking nearby, and had to spend extra time searching for a spot.

The breakfast was really good and included many options such as fresh fruit, hot dishes, and pastries. The staff was friendly and helpful with our requests. The hotel's location was convenient, close to attractions.
The spa facilities were closed due to reconstruction, even though the hotel advertises free access to them. The carpet in our room was a bit worn out, and the bathroom amenities needed improvement.
